What is Monster College Advantage?
Monster College Advantage is a free highly interactive, on-campus presentation for first-year college students. The program is delivered by a professional speaker and students will be actively involved in engaging interactive activities. Students will also be provided with accompanying presentation materials that they can keep for future reference.

What information does the program cover?
Monster College Advantage is an innovative student success presentation that will help first-year students own their college experience to get the best possible result from their time on your campus – a degree and a great career. Topics covered include:

• Managing time effectively
• Why strong academic performance may be more important than ever and how to achieve it
• What to do now to avoid getting screened out by today’s web-based candidate search tools later
• Winning strategies for campus activities to put students first in line for the best jobs

How many students can participate?
Our goal is for as many first-year students as possible to experience Monster College Advantage. Depending on the venue, we can accommodate very large groups of students, in one or several presentations; however, we have a minimum requirement of 100 students per presentation.

How is the program free?
The presentation is available free to both the institution and the students thanks to partnerships with some of the nation's most respected companies. These corporate partners have a vested interest in the success of today's students and have thus provided funding so that the message of Monster College Advantage can be delivered to as many students as possible.

How would the program work on my campus?
Monster College Advantage is offered June through October and complements a variety of activities, including orientation, welcome week, first-year student success classes or other first-year programming. Once your Monster College Advantage presentation is scheduled, we provide a comprehensive Promotional Packet that includes everything you need to let students, parents, faculty and the press know about your upcoming presentation.
